Salvation

THE GREAT COMMISSION:

SALVATION SCRIPTURES:
Romans 5: 12 – The Need
John 3:16 – The Solution
Acts 4: 10-12- Salvation in the Greek is: “Soteria”-deliverance, safety, preservation, soundness, and healing.
Romans 10:8-10, 13 – How to apply the Solution
8 But what does it say? “The Word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the Word of Faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Ephesians 2: 8-9- It is a gift.
John 1:12 – You have the right to receive this gift.

HOLY SPIRIT PRAYER:
Father, your word says that the Holy Spirit is a gift. He is a gift and I don’t work for Him; all I do is receive Him. So Father, I receive, right now, as an act of my will and my faith, the Holy Spirit, with the Bible evidence of Speaking with other tongues. I will not be embarrassed or say no but I will speak with other tongues on the count of three. (Take a deep breath and begin to speak).

Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit. I ask you to fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I believe I have received the Holy Spirit with the Bible evidence of speaking with other tongues. I confess in Jesus’ name that I will begin to speak in other tongues as the Holy Spirit gives me the utterance. For this will be the easiest thing I have ever done, In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
